FAQ

Who is Temple of Dream?

Temple of Dream is a UK based prize competition business run by a team of watch enthusiasts. Our goal is to make expensive and luxurious watches more accessible to you.

But that’s not all. The second big motivation for us is helping those in need.

So here’s what we focus on:

  • Giving you a reasonable chance to win luxurious and expensive watches; and
  • Making the process even more fun and rewarding by enabling you to choose which of the listed charities you want us to donate to.

Where is Temple of Dream based?

Our Head Office address is 2nd Floor College House, 17 Kings Edwards Road, London HA4 7AE

How does it work?

How do I enter the competition?

Simply choose your desired number of tickets, play the skill-based game, enter your payment details and pick a charity you would like to support.  Once you have checked out, if you have answered the quiz correctly, you will be entered into the competition.

How much is it to enter?

The ticket prices to enter the competition depend on the item you want to win. There are two key factors; the number of tickets we assign the competition and the value of the prize

How many tickets can I buy?

There are up to 100 tickets per person, per competition.

When is the draw?

The draw takes place 1-2 days after all tickets have been sold out.

What is the skill-based game?

The skill-based game will change with each competition.  The purpose is to test your specific knowledge on the chosen subject.

Who can enter?

Entrants from the UK must be 16 or over.  For other countries, please see our Terms and Conditions.

I am not from the UK; can I still participate?

Yes. You can enter the competition from any country in the world.

What happens if we don’t sell all tickets?

In the unlikely event not all the tickets are sold within the allotted time frame, we will either end the competition at that time or extend the entry period for a further seven days.

Winners and prizes

Is there a cash alternative?

Yes, a Competition Winner is provided with the option of either taking delivery of the prize or claiming a Cash Alternative.  The Cash Alternative varies depending on the prize.  At the time of being notified they have won, the Winner will be advised how much the Cash Alternative will be

Do you deliver my prize outside the UK and will there be any tax to pay?

We will deliver your prize anywhere in the world, free of charge. Any applicable UK VAT is already paid by us.  However, there may be further import/registration or luxury duties in certain countries which we do not pay.  In this situation, the winner will be liable for these costs.  It is a matter for the winner to decide, but in some cases, it might be better to take the cash alternative, if the import/registration duties become too high.

How is the winner chosen?

At the end of the competition, the winner will be drawn out of all correct entries by a secure certified third-party authority. We use www.randomdraws.co.uk

Is there more than one winner per competition?

There is only one winner in our monthly competition. There are runner-up prizes in our Grand Prix competitions. Check out the competition details for more information.

Charity

What charities do you support?

We are supporting Feed the Children, International Animal Rescue and Children with Cancer UK

How do ticket sales support the charities?

We are committed to supporting good causes, which is why we give each entrant the opportunity to choose which charity they would like to support.  At the end of each competition the votes are tallied and each nominated charity receives a donation from our profit according to the ratio of votes they received when competitors completed their transactions.
